Lothbury Property Unit Trust is an unregulated collective investment scheme for the purposes of the United Kingdom Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ‘the Act’ and. as such, its promotion by KBC Asset Management (UK) Limited in the United Kingdom is restricted by section 238 of the Act. Accordingly, the information on this website is directed only at:

  1. persons who fall within the definition of "market counterparty" or "intermediate customer" in the rules of the Financial Services Authority and as set out in the www.fsa.gov.uk/Pages/handbook Glossary to the FSA Handbook
  2. persons having professional experience of participating in unregulated collective investment schemes, that is persons within Article 14 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001 (www.opsi.gov.uk/legislation/) the CIS Exemptions Order and/or
